§1 Preface
1.The following terms of business (TOB) are part of the utilization of our service.
2.The following terms and conditions in their current version and in every future version are valid for now and in the future, even without a new delivery to the user.
§2 Service / Canceling
1. Our Service is free of charge.
2. A contract, based on these TOB, starts with the registration for this service.
3. We reserve the right to cancel or change our free service at any time without claim for compensation for the user. We have the right to ban users from our service at any time.
§3 Service descriptions
1. We offer a free storage-account for pictures. Services like e-mail, CGI, ASP.NET or other are not part of it.
2.We aim to always give you site-availability, but there is no right to claim this.
3.The free service and support with e-mail, telephone or other are based on voluntariness. There is no claim on that.
§4 Rights and responsibilities of the user
1.If the offerer requests any user information, they have to be answered honestly. These pieces of information are saved electronically, but they will not be handed to a third-person, as long as the user does not break a law.
2.The user has to make sure that no third-person is able to use his account. He is bound to keep his password and other user information away from others.
3.The user has to make sure that none of his uploaded pictures violates the rights of a third-person. This is especially the case, if the user uploads pictures which he did not create himself.
4.The user has no right to upload other things than pictures.
§5 Unwanted content
1.It is not allowed to upload pictures with pornographic or illegal content, especially content which encourages racial hatred or content that is inhuman or content which shows or describes sexual actions with children or animals.
2.On notice of such content, we will make a report immediately.
§6 Links
Circle-Driver links to other websites on his website and allows users to publish links to other websites. The Circle-Driver-Team is not responsible for any content on other websites. The Circle-Driver-Team dissociates from any content of other websites. Please report any links with inappropriate content so we can remove them.
§7 Validity
If one of the clauses in this tob is void by law, completely or in parts invalid or impracticable, the validity of the rest of this tob stays untouched by that.
